Northern Cross works to ensure every order is produced accurately, packaged appropriately, and delivered as efficiently as possible. Because many of our products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

Order Processing and Production

Many Northern Cross products are produced specifically for each order.

Most made-to-order products are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after an order is successfully submitted.

Production times are estimates and may vary because of:

  • Product availability

  • Order volume

  • Production requirements

  • Quality-control checks

  • Holidays or peak shopping periods

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production has been completed.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout, in an order confirmation, or through shipment tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Northern Cross.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Northern Cross may occasionally offer free or promotional shipping. Any applicable promotion and its terms will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has shipped.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and activate a newly issued tracking number.

Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment. If an order contains products produced or fulfilled from different locations, separate packages and tracking numbers may be provided.

Multiple Shipments

Northern Cross works with production and fulfillment partners to produce certain products.

As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because Northern Cross divides an order into multiple shipments after purchase.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact Northern Cross as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been shipped.

Northern Cross is not responsible for additional costs, delays, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another customer-related delivery issue, contact Northern Cross.

Additional shipping or production charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Each situation will be reviewed individually.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, contact Northern Cross with your order number.

We will review the shipment and, when appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to determine the status of the package.

A package should not be considered lost solely because it arrives later than an estimated delivery date.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

  2. Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, mail areas, parcel lockers, and other secure locations.

  3. Check with other members of your household, building staff, or neighbors when appropriate.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

  5. Contact Northern Cross if the package still cannot be located.

We will review the circumstances and assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact Northern Cross within 30 days of delivery and follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Do not return an item without first contacting Northern Cross.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs processing

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Tariffs

  • Brokerage or handling charges

  • Other fees imposed by the destination country

Where these charges have not already been collected or prepaid, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Northern Cross does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee how long an international shipment will take to clear customs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Northern Cross may legally be imported into their destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Any production, shipping, or delivery date provided by Northern Cross, a fulfillment partner, or a shipping carrier is an estimate unless explicitly identified as guaranteed.

Northern Cross is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural events, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
